Manje Tout means “eat everything” in Haitian Creole.
Why I Created Manje Tout
Food has always been one of the deepest ways I express care.
I was born in Haiti, where meals were never simply about eating—they were about family, generosity, and making the most of what the land offered. Those early memories shaped the way I still cook today.
Years later, culinary school introduced me to new techniques and cuisines, while my work as an herbalist deepened my appreciation for the connection between food, plants, and everyday wellbeing.
Manje Tout—which means “eat everything” in Haitian Creole—is where those parts of my life come together.
Here you’ll find Haitian traditions, Asian influences, seasonal ingredients, and small-batch foods made with intention rather than haste.
Whether I’m preparing a pop-up dinner, bottling a condiment, or cooking a meal for someone who simply needs to be cared for, my hope is always the same:
That every bite feels nourishing, comforting, and made with purpose.
Welcome to my table.
